I was responsible for creating both print and digital marketing deliverables (digital content, print content, ads, etc.) according to the credit union’s established branding guidelines. I planned and created advertising content, both internally and member-facing, including radio/TV ads, in-branch promotions and special events. I was also responsible for maintaining the credit union’s website, managing its presence in social media, and for the creation of content.
